When im lay in bed trying to sleep I really wish my mind would

Shut The Hell Up!

A friend of mine lost his grandmother tonight

& it was only a few hours ago we was laughing in the pub!

Death always makes you really think about what you have in life!

I mention him alot but my friend Dave who I lost is always on my mind & every time I hear

Or any of the songs that were played on holiday I cant help but get upset!

Yes I focus on the good times we had & how amazing he was, but knowing I will never have any more good memories with him hurts!

I don't take death well & almost 5 months later & I still find it hard to come to terms with!

Really wish my stupid brain would switch off :(

***Update***

Just closed my eyes & thought of Dave & when I opened them I saw a shooting star!

He's letting me know he's ok!
